We take pride in crafting unique, high-quality pieces that you won't find anywhere else.👗

A: Great question! 🌍 We ship all our fabulous pieces straight from Hong Kong, and yes, we do offer worldwide shipping. Plus, enjoy free shipping on orders over $150! If you have any specific shipping questions, just let us know! 💌✈️

A: We use air freight for all our shipments.✈️Delivery times depend on where you are and the shipping method you pick. While we do our best to give you accurate delivery estimates and actively follow up with the courier to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible, things like customs checks, busy seasons, and unexpected delays can sometimes affect the timeline. Q:What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

A: Don't worry if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Simply contact us, and we'll take care of it for you! Your satisfaction is our priority.🧶

 

Q: What if the item I purchased doesn't fit me, I don't like it, or I simply don't want it anymore?

A: If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and is within our 30-day return period after delivery, please contact us at support@farrahc.com and ship it back following the instructions we provide. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If there are no exceptions with your return, your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.✈️

Refunds for full-priced items are issued to your original payment method. Refunds for items discounted between 20%-49% can only be processed through a Gift Certificate to be used on our site. Items discounted at 50% or more are not returnable (for exchange or refund). If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.

To return your order, please use a ‘TRACKED’ Service as we can only refund items that are returned to us. We do not reimburse you for your postage cost back to us.✨
