Delivery & Return

When will my order be processed?

  • Orders placed Monday - Friday before 5PM PST (excluding holidays) will be processed in 2-3 business days.
  • Orders placed Saturday - Sunday (excluding holidays) will be processed on the following Monday.

Pre-orders

  • Pre-order items will ship within 15-20 business days.
  • Delivery costs may differ due to order weight
  • The above delivery times are only estimates; we cannot predict the actual customs clearance duration.
  • To ensure accurate delivery, please enter your address in English.
     

    Return/Exchange Policy

     
    • Please contact us and obtain approval before requesting a refund.
    • We offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn items (excluding items discounted 50% or more). Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return & exchange. 

    • We support to cancel the order before your order had been shipped and you need to contact support@farrahc.com to cancel the order.

    • Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.  Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.   Items missing tags or worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded.

    • Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes. If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.

    • Please be aware that expenses incurred for shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.  Furthermore, in the event that a buyer declines to accept a parcel, all costs associated with the automatic return shipping and duties will be the buyer's responsibility.
